Michelle Lanre Omiyale knows what it feels like to carry a vision that never quite lands. For years, she watched herself — and those around her — begin with fire and fade before the finish line. Not from lack of talent. Not from lack of desire. But from lack of architecture.

That observation became her calling. She trained as an accountability coach, grounded her practice in research — drawing on Goal Orientation Theory, Kipling's 6 Friends Framework, and the Vision Book Methodology she developed — and began building a coaching practice that does one thing exceptionally well: it helps people finish.

Today, Michelle works with entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders across the UK and Nigeria who are tired of starting over. She is the creator of three trademarked programmes — Finish Strong™, Ruthless Execution™, and Execution Lab™ — and the author of two books: When Nothing Blossoms and Morning Wealth.

Her work extends beyond coaching. As founder of the OOMO Foundation, she channels the same completion architecture into empowering widows in Nigeria — helping them rebuild their lives, their livelihoods, and their sense of what is still possible.
